Fixed price on most jobs. If I quote fixed price, that's what I'll charge you. Some jobs can't be quoted as fixed price, such as rotten weatherboard repairs where I can't see concealed damage until the job progresses, but I can usually give you a best and worst price range on those jobs.
Punctual. I arrive on time for quotes and jobs. On the rare occasions when circumstances beyond my control delay me I will let you know at the earliest opportunity.
